Why has the Key Colony Beach City Commission stopped holding its regular meetings twice monthly?

» Key Colony Beach Code of Ordinances PART II, Chapter 2, ARTICLE VII, Sec. 2-93 states, "Regular meetings of the city commission shall be held at 9:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month unless rescheduled by vote of the city commission. All regular meetings shall be held in the City Hall of the City of Key Colony Beach."
