Request for all Minutes-Recordings of Open/workshop Meetings Held

To: City Clerk - Key Colony Beach <cityclerk@keycolonybeach.net>

Dear Silvia,

Because [city attorney] Dirk Smits mentioned in his "motion to dismiss" the numerous workshop meetings that Key Colony Commissioners have offered in relation to the building of the new city hall, I would like to have access to the minutes and any recordings, that may be available to augment the minutes, of those meetings from September 2017 until the present.

"2. Over the course of the next five years, the City Commission held numerous open meetings and the public was afforded multiple opportunities to provide comment concerning the City's on-going discussion as to whether to repair or demolish and rebuild a new City Hall."

The minutes for these meetings are not available on the city website, but reference to the open meetings is made in several of the regular commission meetings.

I cite the FOIA for access to these minutes.

Please send the minutes of all Key Colony Beach open meetings from September 2017 until the present.

Thank you for your consideration,

Laurie Swanson
