Adding the statements about decorum and citizen comments under item 4 does not help the divide that's killing our city one little bit and just adds fuel to the fire. Thinking this was a lawyer item. This is not a courtroom.

If we are EVER to get a new city hall built or find a builder that wants to get involved with our city, your number ONE task should be making this city work like the team it has always been. We did not always agree but we walked away with a smile. Citizens felt welcome at city hall.

Who is on the bid committee? Taking a citizen volunteer? I know a few who have had building experience. It would really help the divide it you did. It may also help the process. Don't be afraid of us - we are not the enemy!
