Subverting the Will of the Voters

Remember "You've got mail"? Our mailbox about exploded on the news that KCB refused to hold your referendum. Here's a sampling:

"Turner needs to be fired. We need to put pressure on the Mayor to fire him."
"I'm not even a resident there and I'm furious!"
"ABSURD and unconscionable."
"Wow! I think this becomes a matter for the courts."

Hitch 'em up. Our attorney has amended our complaint to include KCB's refusal to hold the referendum. Case #3-CA-000205-M, "Laurie Swanson vs City of Key Colony Beach" is scheduled to be heard by Judge Mark Jones on Thursday, September 21.
