The Commission will discuss and vote on a $45,000 lien reduction request for the property located at 1000 W. Ocean.
Mayor-City Administrator Raspe has several items for discussion and approval: from Monday's Townhall Meeting they will discuss going forward with the proposal on Solar Energy by the Retention Pond. Also from Monday's Townhall Meeting they will review having FKAA bill you for your wastewater and sewer charges. There will be additional discussion of a revised City Administrator Job Description and Contract and he has an update on Marble Hall, the Administrative Office space, the post office, and overall progress on the building.

• Should the Utility Board change our sewer billing from the current "flat rate" quarterly bills sent by the City to a bill based on water usage sent by FKAA?

The Commission will appoint Carman Slusher as a full member to the Planning & Zoning Board.
The Commission will discuss and vote on a $67,500 proposal by Mittauer & Associates to provide engineering drawings for drainage improvements along 7th Street and Shelter Bay Drive.
The Commission will decide on two TikiHuts proposals for the construction of a new $14,336 Tiki Hut 22x22 Single Roof (8 Pole Round) at the Gazebo behind City Hall and/or $1,936 for fire retardant for the Tiki Hut.
The Commission will discuss and vote on a recommendation by the Recreation Committee to reject the proposed ITB (Invitation to Bid) 2024-02 for the Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, and Playing Surface at 7th Street Park.
The Commission will discuss and vote on a recommendation by the Recreation Committee for them to appoint Building Official Ed Borysiewicz to be the contact and lead person in the preparation of the bid package, to rewrite the bid to go back to the original Option 4 as it was approved, and for Building Official Borysiewicz to consult with members from each sport.

Secretary-Treasurer Harding's report includes the March 2024 Financial Summary and the March Warrant.
The Commission will discuss and vote on two Ordinances & Resolutions: the second/final reading of an ordinance to increase the discretionary spending threshold for the city administrator and a Resolution approving the FDOT 2022 Transportation Alternative Fm451639-1-58-01.
Commissioner Harding will discuss the wastewater sampling summary report for April 15, 2024, feedback from Key Largo on wastewater solar, re-starting the monthly Community Rating System Workgroup Meeting for Key Colony Beach, and an update on the PFAS EPA Regulation announcement.
